Ok, kids, Uncle Doh-doh (what the kid I live with called me before she could say my name properly - it took a lot of slapping to get her to pronounce it well) is going away for the weekend. I've been invited to Kari's cottage. Surely, it's because I'm with Melanie. Why would anyone willing submit themselve to my ugly mug without a beautiful face (that'd be Melanie's) to balance it out? Then, go to The Movie Blog and read the latest news. You have to watch the trailer for this new film, Born To Fight. This is purely ridiculous. When I say that, I don't mean 'stupid'. I mean, 'insane'. The stunts in this film were completed by real people - no wires, no computer graphics, all live-action. Watch for the scene with the truck and a couple other scenes of people flying around. As Blondel would say, it looks killer. I'm not a fan of fight flicks but I have to see this one.
